My Process
Set Goals and Vision For Project
Discuss the project summary and your requirements and needs for your website. We will also outline the goals and objectives for the project.
Review and Approve the Project Scope and Proposal
I will present the project proposal with the agreed upon goals, objectives and features that will be built. Additionally, a timeline and with the completion date and budget will be given.
Develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Once we are in agreement about what needs to be developed, I will then begin working on the initial development phase of the MVP to produce a functional product. This step is very important in order to make sure that the client is getting exactly what is needed, and receive feedback early on in the process.
Demonstrate Progress and Get Feedback
With a Minimum Viable Product in hand, it is time to get your final feedback and make sure that what is being developed is exactly what you envisioned.
Final Development
Now that I have your final recommendations, I can implement these changes and complete the build of the product. During this time we will also be in communication on the projects status.
Demonstration, Delivery and Launch
This last step is to review the product and gain final approval from the client. Once approved the website will be launched and hosted on the clients server.
